BX23 clicking sound

What is the clicking sound you hear when you turn the key to the first position. I’m not talking about the single click I’m talking about the sound that is continues click, click, click etc, until the key is turned off and what fuse controls it? Thanks….

That's your fuel pump making that noise. Totally normal.
