Changed working starter for reduction starter on 3 cylinder Engine

Replace BOTH big battery cables and CLEAN the connections. A HOT cable indicated it's 'high' resistance and when asked to draw 100s of amps through it, it'll heat up hotter than the sun...... A properly sized battery cable in new condition will NOT get HOT, Hot or even WARM..providing...

Where to buy driveway gates compatible with electric openers?

Neighour asked about an 18' wide gate for his property so I suggested a few option( made a few over the years...) and he loved the 'slider' idea, especially after I said mount it here and it'll be 8' narrower. If you get any kind of snow, lots of fluffy or a 'dump ' of heavy wet..... sliders...

L3901 Heater Block Install Issue with EGR

L3901 Heater Block Install Issue with EGR

I'm pretty sure that's not EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation ) since you're into the 'water jacket'. It'll be interesting to here from someone that knows what the 'plumbing' is for though !

    Small engine trouble

Agree, spend $20 and replace the carb. You'll be 'up and running' in less than 1/2 hour. The 'trick' is to run the engine 'dry', then DRAIN the fuel bowl if you're not going to use the machine for a month or more. Spending 3-4 hours to properly clean a twenty buck carb is 'silly'.

    Building a machinery shed

I admire you ability to do it yourself ! But.... please, quick as a bunny, replace those TEMPORARY 'pole to beam' braces for PROPER ones, PDQ before you go any further !! They will NOT withstand much if any sideload, like a small breeze.ONLY the screws are 'holding' it up I had a German master...

    RTV Turn Signal Flasher

There's a serious amount of SMT on that PCB for a 'relay' ! It's really an electronic 'flasher'. Depending on how it's wired, an 8$ flasher might work in it's place. Once cleaned with isopropyl alcohol, 3-4 light coats of clear nail polish will keep the moisture out.

Moving yards and yards of material, a hay wagon?

check local scrap yards for a dump trailer. 16 years ago I bought a scrapped one, back then yard was paying $100 a ton,it weighed a ton, yard had to double that to sell. So for $200 I hauled it home with my tractor. It's more than paid for itself.

    Adding trailer hitch to G1900

Whatever hitch setup you use be SURE it's mounted ON THE FRAME and NOT the differential/HST unit !!! Bad new when pulling a heavy load and hitting 2- bumps in a row. The combined 'shock' could yank the toe plate out of the $$$$ HST unit. Several here have posted similar results when having a...

    Kubota ordering system outage coming?

hmm, like many here, I often get Kubota Canada emails . IF they were to be shutdown for 20 days, I'd expect an urgent-must read email from them, advising me to order stuff NOW. Hmm, in 6 years I've had to order for my BX23S 1) light switch... FYI do NOT sneeze while mounting a BX23S.. 2)...
