The picture you posted is not the same as the diagram your looking at. The diagram is the hydrostat which is on the rear of the tractor. The part your looking for is #170 on this diagram from the clutch housing. There are 2 different seals based on your serial number. But yes you will have to...

Yes you have to have the 1630c loader to be able to have both. But even then It's not like loaders and mowers of newer tractors. Still a pain

I've pulled a couple off an neither were attached to the crankshaft other than the shaft going in it. Just had to lift the radiator a little and they slid right off. Unfortunately you can't have a 219 loader and mowing deck on at the same time. Either or. And not an easy swap

Short answer is no different bolt pattern. But you could get wheel adapters and make it work

If you look under the hood left side I believe there are wires with a fuse holder. Has 2 fuses. Most of the time it's down between the fuel tank and side panel but should be able to grab it and pull it up
