    Nice set of ag tires for sale/trade L4060 L4760 L5460 L606O L5240 L5740 MX series.

I understand your desire to keep them as a set but in the event you find buyer for rears I'm interested in fronts. I think Wolf is correct that naming tractor model they are original to might attract buyers for complete set.

    Overheats only when turned off

My knee jerk is to think gauge might not read sensor and engine is actually overeating while running. Before digging into engine I'd use a temporary heat gauge to confirm normal temperature while running. I've seen engines that burped some coolant on shutdown but unless already boiling while...

Wanted b1750 parts or parts tractor

I don't have a gear transmission for you but I wanted to let you know if you are converting your B1750 HST to gear I might be interested in an old part that is removed. The clutch cover/housing on my B1750HST has cracked & missing pieces. I'm not sure if housing is the same for HST and gear...

    Nice set of ag tires for sale/trade L4060 L4760 L5460 L606O L5240 L5740 MX series.

I'm not in desperate need and 300 miles from you so I won't be picking them up any time soon. Just a heads up that in the event they don't sell and you find yourself traveling in the vicinity of Durant Oklahoma I am a player on both fronts if inexpensive. Meanwhile maybe a friend visiting...

4wd b7100 manual trans, clutch. Update #2 it moves under its own power

The wolf was late to the party and telling you the seal isn't necessary the party was over when I arrived to tell you how/where to get a seal over the counter same day in 90% of cases and rarly takes more than 48 hours for the few oddballs. On EVERY seal and bearing is the mfgr's name with...

    Soil conditioner

I also have clay that dries hard as concrete that can be challenging to do anything with. I have larger tractors to deal with it but I also have a B1750 I use after soil has been broken up. If you own,can borrow or can make use of a box blade for maintaining driveway, it will do the job for...

    Large Garden Tips needed

Since you know your capabilities with a rear tine tiller, that and the fact a rear tine can be used to weed between rows and other chores throughout year I suggest skipping pto tiller. Farmers use tools similar to the red one in post #12 to loosen soil at beginning of year. I find a tool bar...

    Shorted Battery Cable

IMO you needn't be concerned as long as wire gauge is equal or larger than original.

    Grease fittings

I spect that feller has messed with more bearings and spindles than I have but my luck has always been poor on those I've dis-assembled, make that "attempted to dis-assemble". I've never had occasion to do anything with spindles until they were used and one or more bolts snapped off every time...

    Grease fittings

Thank you Rusty for affording benefit of doubt. I am/was at lose as how I should respond to Russell without appearing to feed confrontation. I should have asked skeets how he wanted to proceed instead of concluding his goals. The farthest thing from my intent was causing Russell...

    OK now the BX

Look at markings on similar bolt heads or just buy 1 of each because it's not worth wasting time trying to figure it out when you could be mowing.

    Grease fittings

Ok,so you are convinced fittings were originally pressed in and don't want to ruin originality of your equipment by using self threading fittings suggested earlier. If you mic the hole to third decimal then tell us size we can look for fittings sized to press fit and tell you how to get them.

    Grease fittings

Have you tried cleaning hole out and looking for threads? No or too much trouble, then look for wrench flats on its twin or litter mates. Wrench flats pretty much says they are screwed in. Still no joy? Go to parts store and buy a pak of "universal"grease zerks. You will find common...
