The codes have to be cleared with Kubota's diagmaster software. It can be cleared from the tractor panel manually but then has to be cleared also from the ECU via Diagmaster and a laptop.

I have replaced that part before. It's not too bad. There is a metal pipe that goes into the transmission that also usually gets damaged so be sure to check/replace it while you're down there.
