    M7060 PTO Shaft Spins Freely

I would look for a shear pin (bolt) where the PTO shaft connects to the gear box input shaft on the brush cutter. It probably sheared due to the slip clutch being locked up and not slipping. When was the last time you slipped the slip clutch in the drive line?

Question about diesel fuel color/clarity in tank LX 3310HSDC

I suspect that the fuel color being bluish is fro the LED light that is shining in through the tank fill port or the camera reaction to the light reflecting off the fuel. But you can either siphon or drain some into a glass jar and look at it under normal light. But it shouldn’t be blue, red...

    G2160 won't start

Okay I will try to answer your question but don’t know what thread you are referring to so can NOT read it to know what the full context is. But assuming the following: I know very little about the age of your tractor or its specific safety features. Your tractor won’t reliably start. Define...

    D1105 timing issue.

That person has not posted since 2017 so doubtful they will reply. But from what I understand the timing is set by the gears on the front of the engine (under a cover). There are a number of dots on each gear. The center gear has to be put on last and has the same sets of number dots spaced...

    B6000 PTO

You might be able to get an additional adapter to convert the tractor to the reverser. Another option is to see if the reverser can be can to match the tractor. What vendor supplied the reverser? I think here in the USA they are difficult to find.

Kubota B7100HST-D Top link attachment piece MISSING? bolts ..

From some research I did on what the number on top of the bolts mean…There is some automotive standard used in Japan factories that tell them when installing the bolt what torque to use. I ASSUME that means to pick up the tool that is marked 7 (in your case) and use it to torque the bolt but I...

That’s the “magic” he is missing (I think) Thank you for pointing out that detail of the instructions. Maybe he will read your reply and be able to adjust the position.

    Kubota L175 valves

There should be a mechanism in the valve cover that allows you to remove compression on the cylinders. I assume that is what is making it run worse with the valve cover on the engine. There should be a lever at the front of the valve cover on the outside that rotates a shaft inside the valve...

    HST creeping adjustment issue

@whitetiger can you explain to him why he can’t get the slotted part to move? I cut a photo from his other thread (not sure it is the correct part shown in that since it was posted by someone else). He has stated that he can’t move that even if the bolt is very loose. The picture in @North...

    Homemade Generator

Generators can be either a 2 pole design or a 4 pole design (there are other pole speeds just like electric motors). If the rotor of the 2 pole design is turned at 3600 RPM (plus the slip) you get 60 Hz out of the stator leads. If the rotor of the 4 pole design is turned at 1800 RPM (plus the...

Kubota B7100HST-D loader hydraulic lines fittings - Rust?

I don’t really have a good picture of the fitting but here is similar to what @TheOldHokie is saying he used. The tractor had the block to tap into hydraulics and Dan made the block the fittings attach to (has SAE ports on top, face and ends). These are two pictures of the connection between...

    L1500 fuses

Forgot to answer your question about availability. I don’t think the wire type fuses are available. You may be able to find fuse wire to use but I have never seen it. You could buy a newer fuse block from the L185 that uses the glass tube automotive fuses. The part number is 34150-33600 I...

    L245DT rear hydraulics don't work

Since you had the pump apart there is some small chance that it has “lost its prime”. You can remove the outlet pipe bolts, pull it back and try to get some oil into the pump and see if it will start moving the oil. The oil in the transmission should be around the same level as the pump so...
