I am ignorant when it comes to this hydraulic stuff. So going from a 1.97" bore to a 2.5" bore is only a 13% increase? Edit: I see now you were saying 2.25 is only a 13% increase. Hopefully I can find some 2.5's that will fit.

So I would need to jump to a 2.5" if it would fit. Don't recall seeing a 2.25 while I was looking at them. I bumped up 300psi to 2650.

Locate cylinders for it to increase the lift capacity a bit, and restore my hydraulic PSI back down to factory.

I thought they had 1.75" cylinders already. How would the additional lift weight come if not going larger bore?

I will try and remember to measure pin to pin on my LA526 tonight and see what I get. If I can find some cylinders that work, I will order them tomorrow and test them out.

I have the Pat's quick hitch and really like it. I also have hydraulic top link. I do have to get off the tractor and hook up the top link but it's so quick and easy that it's not a problem. I can swap to any other implement new/old in no time.

I used my forks for brush for several months before I got my grapple. It was night and day how much easier it became to deal with the brush once I got my grapple. If ya deal with brush regularly, a grapple will make life MUCH easier!
