Speaking of "How Long". On a BX, how long should I hold the key at the glow plug before starting in cold weather? Not that Ohio has had any cold yet.

Just what I was going to say. With more lifting ability on the 3 pt. That seems the way to go on a tougher job.

I have a BX2670. Anyone have or know for sure a 5' brush hog will be no problem for it? Average field weed mowing, nothing large. Would one that fits a 9N also fit a BX? Thanks.

When I was looking a few dealers had a couple 2013 models that didn't sell yet. The BX2670 I have had sat there for 2 years and had 2 hr's on it from them pulling it in and out occasionally. They gave me a new battery and a huge mark down on price.

Added a quick hitch. One problem, when I raise and lower the blade, the two bolts that hold the top hook on the QH hit the top mount for the blade. See picture. Any thoughts how to fix this? Thanks' Jay

I had to try it. Tilted down, lowered the FEL, and "POW" it split it in half.

Looks like the first service is 4 to 5 hundred dollars. Should I attempt this myself? or will that void a warranty? Or is this a piece of cake for even a novice? Thanks' for all your input in advance..

Here is a simple trailer mover I made for my AC 314. A toggle switch on the dash raises and lowers the ball. Since I purchased the Kubota I just use the 3 pt.

Thanks. Also, I bought a 4Watt LED; equal to a 25 watt bulb. I put it in a lamp then plugged it into my portable car battery jump starter's 110 outlet. It has now been on 28 hours and the power is down to 30% left on the charge. So I could loan that to a neighbor for some light during an outage.

That's a great ideal. I may change to that. The threaded rod that points toward the bottom of that chain helps with the depth. Turning it will adjust the tilt up and down for depth. Thanks jay
