Are there substitutes for kubota trans/hydraulic fluid? I have 2 mid 80's tractors, one hydrostatic one geared. Mystic JT 5 is a "universal" oil but has no API rating on it. Thanks all.

I would like to get a backhoe for my place. Looking at 3pth mounted units, not sure it's the best way to go. My L2250 is 30 years old and I don't want to wreck it. Does any company make frame mounted units for older tractors?

I have a 30 year old L2250 that has "saltwater"filled rear tires. it has started to eat away at the area around the valve of one wheel. Is it advisable to flush and refill with some other liquid?

I have A B8200HST with mmm. I'm doing repair/maintenance to deck now and its not as easy now as it was in the 80's when I bought it. I disconnect the deck and lift the frt of the tractor off the ground and roll it out and back in. Things i did in my 30's are different now that Im in my 60's.

Thank you all. I also have a B8200HST as a mower, no frt loader on it. Have a log splitter on the 2250 now but that and all other implements also do the job with the 8200. The unit I'm looking at has a rear PTO pump, 6 frt digging depth and a thumb attachment. Not sure about stability of a rear...

Thanks for the reply. I do not understand what the picture is showing. I have solid steel wheels with turf tires. A replacement wheel from Kubota is about 400 bucks delivered.
