I had a G1800 ten years ago and found this mesh cover in the shed. I’d sell it for 50.00 plus shipping?

The mower ran drove and cut. The deck is Swiss cheese but the gear box is good as well as the left and right drives. The deck gearbox is silent in operation. I have video of the motor running and may have video of it cutting grass.

The lift pump is ticking but no fuel is coming out of it. I didn’t put the fuel filter on so I’m wondering if it’s on backwards. I showed in the middle of the scene so that’s the only thing I can think of that could be wrong

My neighbor ran his zd21 out of diesel. We were getting no fuel to the injectors. The last place we had fuel was coming from the tank. Bought new fuel filters no joy I let him have a known working fuel pump off my parts mower but it still isn’t starting. I’m at a loss.

I did check the fuel filters. The rear fuel filter lets fuel flow unrestricted. I can not however get any fuel to the front line or the front fuel filter. Does this mean I have a bad fuel pump?
