BX HST/Hydraulics Not Noisy At All Now!

It is better to change the fluid with no-name stuff than not at all. You only noticed a big difference in performance because you missed 5 oil/filter changes. Hydraulic oil is EVERY YEAR, or every maintenance interval.

    BX24 Fuel Issue

Not sure if it is a fuel issue, I would start by ruling out safety sensors, esp the seat switch.

    Locked wheels

I would not make that call till you hear back from the dealer. This is going to be a test of the machine and your dealer.

    Bx23 transmission issues

Check the brakes, I have the same model/year and am told when the brakes wear out they "lock on" .. if there is no more thread left on the rod to adjust them you may be there already.

    HST Fan Replace or not?

If it is only "cracked" as you said then all you need to do is glue it and they will be fine. Had a broken cooling fin on my chainsaws flywheel, glued it back on with JB weld 5 years ago, never been a problem. KISS

    Omg,what went wrong,filter ruptured

something doesn't sound right, if you have that much time on the rebuild already .. I buy my TDF at the same Wallnut as you, 7 years now, no issues. Yesterday was our first really cold day, any signs of water in the oil? Maybe a line or valve froze? I feel for you

    BX Brakes

Sorry to hear Wooter .. my BX has about 1200 hrs on her and last time I adjusted the brakes I noticed there wasn't much slack left. For my benefit and others, if you can, take allot of pics it would really be appreciated.

    Hydro drain plugs?

the coloured marks are just how the factory QA folks show that the oil has been added and bolts torqed

    Bx24 electrical issues

Issues that only seem to happen going up/down hills are typically seat switch related. The purpose of 2 fuel filters is to protect the pump, and protect the motor from the pump if it fails. The fuel system is self priming. Sounds like you might be your own worst enemy here .. but goodluck...

    Bent Quick Attach on Loader

The focus seems to have shifted to repairing the damage .. soooo .. don't forget to drill some holes and insert some pins or something to keep the quick attach from opening accidentally again ..

    Oil screen and drain

Step 1 .. get and read the manual, for your safety and the tractors! Step 2 .. change engine oil and engine oil filter step 3 .. change hydraulic oil, hydraulic oil filter and flush hydraulic oil screen
