BX HST/Hydraulics Not Noisy At All Now!

It is better to change the fluid with no-name stuff than not at all. You only noticed a big difference in performance because you missed 5 oil/filter changes. Hydraulic oil is EVERY YEAR, or every maintenance interval.

    BX24 Fuel Issue

Not sure if it is a fuel issue, I would start by ruling out safety sensors, esp the seat switch.

Check the brakes, I have the same model/year and am told when the brakes wear out they "lock on" .. if there is no more thread left on the rod to adjust them you may be there already.

    HST Fan Replace or not?

If it is only "cracked" as you said then all you need to do is glue it and they will be fine. Had a broken cooling fin on my chainsaws flywheel, glued it back on with JB weld 5 years ago, never been a problem. KISS

something doesn't sound right, if you have that much time on the rebuild already .. I buy my TDF at the same Wallnut as you, 7 years now, no issues. Yesterday was our first really cold day, any signs of water in the oil? Maybe a line or valve froze? I feel for you

    Bx24 electrical issues

Issues that only seem to happen going up/down hills are typically seat switch related. The purpose of 2 fuel filters is to protect the pump, and protect the motor from the pump if it fails. The fuel system is self priming. Sounds like you might be your own worst enemy here .. but goodluck...

    I got a leak

There are allot of hard to soft hose connections on the frame directly above the axle, wipe them all down and watch for the leak. Tighten up the offending connection.

Tire places have the proper stuff, water, etc will definitely rust the rims ... it's cheap and they will break the beads, drain and refill.

    I've done a stupid thing...

That ain't stupid at all .. if you never do anything you'll never get anything right .. Used to change oil on the truck, then pour waste oil back into oil jugs for disposal. One time I did a remote oil change and after draining it all out into a dirty pan realized the fresh oil jug I had...
