I just picked up this for my diesel jug. I have a similar one for my gasoline jug and love it.

This is gonna make it easier to add fuel to the tractor, especially where Kubota likes to put their fuel tank.

Call me lazy...but why work harder? No splashing, no losing fuel. It cost money ya know.

Pretty slick. Be nice to connect it to the 12V plug on my BX and not have to worry about batteries.
I had batteries in my other one for over a year..still haven't changed them. Pumped about gosh..50 gallons of fuel. Its not that bad. They last enough for me.

Went to get on the tractor to move some logs to my splitting area. Noticed I left the fuel cap laying on the hood… crap. It’s rained in Georgia. Water separator wasn’t showing any water, dumped the cap out and got to work. While moving the logs, the front end sunk in an old stump/burn pile, didn’t get stuck surprisingly. Once all the logs were moved I started bucking them and am pretty sure I hit every rock. 4 chain swaps later, I called it quits. Lol. What a day.

No pictures, so does it even count?

Plowed 7 driveways and 1 parking lot. We got 6-8 of the white stuff. I love plowing snow, crazy right?

I learned that a landscape rake will work as a rear blade in the snow. Just tilt it to the greatest angle. No photos 🙄

I have one for a few years now. Just had my first failure, the OFF button quit working and I had to either dip the nozzle in fuel or remove the batteries. Before scrapping it I pealed off the ON-OFF label and shot contact cleaner inside, after repeating that several times over several days it now works. What I did wrong was storing it in a plastic bag to keep it clean and fuel or fumes got inside. In the future I will hang it up with the switches at the highest point.

Batteries are a non issue since they last a long time, connecting and disconnecting wires at each use would be way more trouble than replacing batteries about once in two years. Also the pump wouldn't be completely portable if it was married to a tractor. To extend battery life and speed the fill process, place the container as high as practical, I use the floor board.

I did nothing with the tractor the last couple of days. We've gotten enough snow to cover the grass.

I'm glad of it, since there's folks that got 2-5 FEET of snow not too far away.

That looks like a high-end version of the one I have.

Really like mine and use it for both gasoline and diesel.

We had about 8" of powdery snow and about 1/8" of ice on top. Usually don't get much snow here, so no blade or snowblower. I used the FEL to move most of the snow. Managed to not get too much gravel and sod scraped up.
I used a DR with grader blade attachment to tidy it up afterward.

Finally added some work lights on the tractor. It's not perfect...but I quite like how it came out. I have brackets but they wouldn't work the way I wanted so I looked at the ROPS and noticed some unused factory holes and decided to just bolt the lights to that...atleast temporary or who knows permanently.

Some work in progress pictures.

It's not perfect but I plan on adding rear lights so I'll probably redo it again. But it's up and out of the way.

PXL_20250107_000510637.jpg

I had some switches left over from wiring ATVs and SxS over the years so I just bolted a switch bracket here. It's out of the way. Feels rugged. Didn't want to run wiring into the dash, didn't think it was worth it. This was far more easier.

PXL_20250107_000525271.jpg

I think it looks fine. The range selector thing is scratched up anyways, if I had to replace it doesn't cost much so figured I'd just drill into it lol.

PXL_20250107_000347744.jpg

Also...the fuel pump I got for the diesel can worked PERFECTLY! Didn't drop any fuel at all. Much...much easier. Highly recommend.

Sooo yeah that was my day.

Just got back from almost three weeks in the UK and it's great to be on a tractor again. I missed some good snow events while I was away and my neighbor took care of some snow removal at my place. I made a few passes down the lower driveway this morning but spent most of the time clearing snow and ice from areas that were driven on and compacted.

We got about 8-10" of light snow yesterday. Used a walk behind blower for a little bit and the front bucket on the tractor to move some of it. I really need a blade of sorts ha! I'll be back out this morning to try and sort it out better and get plowed out to the road.

I bought 4 of these. They work great! We don't get a ton of snow, but with 100-800' of gravel drive (depending in how much the neighbor does) they are worth it.

I've told myself I would buy something like that for the past 4 years since I got the tractor. I was even set up to pick up a Kubota snow blade 3 years ago but did not go through with it. It was getting dark last night and I had my snowboarding boots on for playing with the kid so it was making operating difficult & frustrating. I'll get after it again this morning & see how much gravel I can redistribute 😄

Where about are you Evil Twin, I'm outside Warrenton.
