What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I bought 4 of these. They work great! We don't get a ton of snow, but with 100-800' of gravel drive (depending in how much the neighbor does) they are worth it.

I've told myself I would buy something like that for the past 4 years since I got the tractor. I was even set up to pick up a Kubota snow blade 3 years ago but did not go through with it. It was getting dark last night and I had my snowboarding boots on for playing with the kid so it was making operating difficult & frustrating. I'll get after it again this morning & see how much gravel I can redistribute

Well howdy neighbor! I'm on the south side of Warrenton. Closer to Opal than Warrenton.
I have to say, the Tamers did great. Bucket leveling is key. Some gravel got reassigned but I think I need to relocate the outermost tamers one hole inboard.

I just picked up this for my diesel jug. I have a similar one for my gasoline jug and love it.

This is gonna make it easier to add fuel to the tractor, especially where Kubota likes to put their fuel tank.

Call me lazy...but why work harder? No splashing, no losing fuel. It cost money ya know.

Have two of them, only problem so far is one must have had a cheap set of batteries. Went to use it and...nothing. Opened battery compartment and it was all corroded. Cleaned all contact surfaces with fine grit sandpaper. Still works but now remove batteries every time I fuel up.

I haven't had that problem yet. Although putting some dielectric grease on the contacts wouldn't hurt. Garage is climate controlled so it's never been a concern for me. Out of all the battery powered things in the shop, never seen anything corrode...must be doing something right.

Shoo, you ain't far then. I'm about 2 miles off 29 if you turn at the Massey Furgeson shop. I'm going to order up a set of those tammers, then we'll be sure to not get any snow for another 5 years

Well I'm bummed out today. I went to grease the tractor today since its been 12 hours or so since I last did it. I checked the other grease fittings too and noticed the left front bladder boot thingy for the tie-rod end looked like it had no grease in it so I pumped a little bit of grease in it and noticed it was coming out of the little nipple thing on the bladder. I'm pretty sure they are not suppose to do this and it doesn't look fun replacing it..so I'm not sure what to do. The bladder is in otherwise good condition, no cracks or anything in it. I'm hoping I don't need to rush to fix it right now and still able to use the tractor. Not a lot of grease came out but yeah kinda bummed. The other ones took grease no problems.

Maybe its normal and nothing is wrong. I guess these nipples are relief holes so the whole bladder doesn't burst. I'm just wondering if it was blocked from factory paint overspray.

I thought getting new tires on the truck was going to ensure no snow. I was wrong. Hopefully you are too

Yes that is a relief for over greasing peeps.

If the rubber boot is waxed the grease is easily removed!

Nice, you ain't far at all! I dug the walk-behind snowblower out before the storm and got it running too, figured we were good for no snow! Oh well, spend a few hours outside this afternoon while the kid napped and got the driveway and parking area cleaned up.

Decided to do a little touch up since we got another 2" overnight. Went down the road and did a neighbors place too. Found out they are on vacation. Thought it would be nice to come home to a clear driveway.

All I did today was refill the tractor with diesel and run it a while in the garage. Been cold and going to be cold for another week or so.

Still had some summer fuel in it, although dosed with winter additive. Been blended with some winter blend diesel since the start of winter, so should be fine.

Fuel gauge was at FULL, but it still took about 2.5 gallons. Typical. If the gauge goes off FULL, it will take 3 gallons (cap. is 6.5).

When mine hits empty, you can put 5 gallons in or run it another 4-5 hours....
