That is what I went in there to do originally. Finding Kubota has a new rep involved and it has been escalated to higher levels today with the dealer in the loop, I trust the dealership owners handshake. Before this Kubota was not acknowledging it as a problem. At least I have hope now. I sent out many emails so it is definitely on record but not sure if they will reopen the original case or create a new one. Dealership will let me know within 2 weeks. If it can't be fixed 100% I asked for a replacement due to only having it 30 hours that have been no fun.If it were me, I would have it back at the dealership BEFORE the warranty expires.
It can sit on their lot until it is repaired (under warranty) since you have it there and have expressed the problem to them (again) in writing before the warranty expired.
