B7100 Inoperable PTO

Just purchased a B7100 with a non-functioning PTO. Assuming it is a problem with the one way clutch, can it be replaced by pulling out the 4th shaft from the rear or will the tractor need to be split. TIA

Describe what you mean by non functioning pto.
Your machine has a multi speed pto, are you certain one speed is fully engaged and the lever is not between speeds
More info on tractor such as type of transmission and if 4WD.
Serial number and possible year if known.
Doubt your diagnosis is correct.
If manual transmission, will the tractor start from rest in a high gear without evidence of clutch slipping?

Do you have a B7100 HST or a B7100DT (gear shift)?
They have both manuals on kubota books.

It's a DT. Missed the D manual but went back and saw it is combined with 5100/6100.

Gear transmission, 4wd. I'll check on those suggestions and report back.
