Massey Ferguson 1825E, Kubota Z121S, Box blade, Rotary Cutter
Nice looking machine!I know it's the wrong color. But I figured I would share the new tractor.
Picked up a new Massey Ferguson 1825, Fel with quick attach. 5ft woods rotary cutter, and a 5ft box blade.

Iβm not saying we should ban him completely, but maybe like a 3 day time out for that? What the heeeeeeeeeelllllllllllll is wrong with ya?????????
go ahead - explain your decision making !!!
Considering the price difference, it is VERY likely that I would have made the exact same choice!Comparison would be the kubota L2501. The kubota was $7,000 more than the Massey.
Both had similar features. Similar HP, as well as lifting capacities.
I took it out and brush hogged with it for a bit to get the battery charged up.
Pretty comfortable and pretty intuitive as far as the control layout.
Congratulations! That's a nice looking tractor.I know it's the wrong color. But I figured I would share the new tractor.

Except that orange and green still dominate the dealer network distribution. In many locations they are the only options.Congratulations!
7k? Thatβs fightinβ money. Wowβ¦if that is the trend, and quality and content is on par, then I suspect orange and green have a really big problem. Somebody will be out of business soon if common across models.
I am a believer to shopping the dealer and parts availability / after sale service. I hope you have good access near to you.
Should come in really handy with the new property.
Happy New Year!
I have a different take on that. I grew up in very rural and very poor WV. Sixty years ago MF red and silver and Ford blue and white dominated. Blue and white is gone, red and silver is everywhere, and orange is considered an overpriced Yuppie new comer often sold by the same people selling red and silver.Except that orange and green still dominate the dealer network distribution. In many locations they are the only options.
I didn't have to haul it. I stopped on my way home from work to sign the paperwork. One of their guys loaded everything up on their truck and trailer and then followed me homeWhen your problems happen, I hope for you to be able to find a Massey Ferguson forum that is as helpful as the OTT. I can imagine our smiling from ear to ear as you drove that off the trailer. Best of luck with her.
There's cardboard zip tied to the loader arms as wellOh. Gotta make another post. See you left the bubble wrap on the top portion of the ROPS. Good thinking. lol![]()
The local kubota dealer went the same way the green dealer did. One company purchased all the local dealerships. Jacked up the prices and service went to he##.What the heeeeeeeeeelllllllllllll is wrong with ya?????????
