$400 a load for SB2. If you want something that's been washed, it's even more.
While back here on OTT was shocked at what some folks were paying for stone depending on area.

I got 15 yards of various washed stone for $200 for years.

Last year crusher run was $350 or so. Was $300 year before.

Daren - $400 was probably a decent price depending on haul distance.

I have 1/4 mile long driveway, I'm really not looking forward to the cost of rocking it.

Thats in the neighborhood of my last quote - I decided I did not need it that bad.

Pretty sure my investment in ~1500' of asphalt has paid for itself.....

I have a shale driveway. After a hard freeze, snow, then thaw, I buried my service truck (F550 w/ crane, 17,500 lbs) 😱😱

Wife's car was sketchy getting in and out. Thats when I called for stone. I could really use one more load. I had to fill some deep ruts between the service truck and the tri axle dump truck.

RCW, what they call crusher run in the east is SB2 in arkansas.

Did you put cloth down?
If we don't the rock migrates to china in a very short time.

We have started buying asphalt millings for our 1/2 mile drive. Cost less than washed gravel and has held up extremely well so far in the areas we have done with 8 tri axle loads. Probably need 8 or 10 more loads to do the whole road. Best we have come up with for the road in the 32 years we have been trying to maintain it.

I wish I could get them here, but none of the places that have them will sell, they are like gold here.
It's way cheaper for them to use that as a base for new asphalt that it is to use virgin material.

Hauled the Massey for the first time yesterday.

Went to my sister in-laws to brush hog.

The Massey doesn't fit on the trailer as nicely as the L1501 did.

I ended up having to roll the bucket forward, remove the tailgate ramp and store it under the brush hog.

Then let the brush hog hang off the back.

I could back onto the trailer with the L1501, drop the tire for the brush hog onto the chain box, and have enough room to raise and lock the tailgate 🤣😂🤣😂🤣

Since you have family members with L-series Kubotas of similar size, I'm wondering if you will do a fuel usage comparison between Orange and Red to see how they stack up? I'm very curious.

We have three Kubota dealers within an hour's drive and one M-F dealer that's 20 minutes away. We also have a TYM dealer that's 20 minutes away. TYM seems to be taking a big chunk of the market around here.
