You never see a sirloin cut like that in supermarkets anymore. Thats, how I learned to cut them back when I started cutting meat in 1980. You get the filet mignon with it.Just me and Geddy (the dog) home today.

Eggs, Homefries and Sirloin steak left from last year’s steer.
Since I’m not a fan of breakfast food, might just skip the eggs….
Homefries are just potatoes (peeled/cubed Russet), onions, garlic, Seasoned Salt (Lawry's), little bit of thyme, EVOO, and butter. Add regular S&P to taste.
It's still Breakfast for Dinner in my book......
