I feel your pain. The wife & I were run off Friday night by lightning & thunder (sprinkling big drops from really dark clouds). On Saturday morning, the rain gage showed a quarter inch

For 30min today the sky fell out. Dropped 1.25in of rain, most of that was in the first 15min. I checked radar after lunch and there wasn't any rain within 80 miles, the storm formed right above me and it didn't even show up on radar.
Really good start to the year, in the past 5 weeks we have received more rain than the first 8.5 months of last year.
I was out in the skidsteer when the bottom fell out. I continued working until the ground got soft enough that the belly was hitting and decided to call it quits.

Moved the salt/mineral hut back to my place today. My son and I gave the magnificent 7 herd a splash of dewormer and perithium as well.
Was playing with my tree shear, just messing with camera positioning. Then my neighbor's cattle guard came over to say "Hi". His name is Obama.

The Laundry Fairy wants a UTV for our upcoming 25th wedding anniversary of my life sentence. So, I picked up a new mule 4010 yesterday, 100% Japan made with the Kawasaki motor. I just need to make sure I delete the daily bank account updates for about 2 or 3 days and I should be able to surprise her in the next couple weeks. Gonna store it over at my neighbors barn till next month.
