We actually implemented this list at work, not company wide, just in our office, a few years ago when there was a push by corporate types for us in the trenches to be less salty. 4, 5, and 9 were popular. After a while we just went back to swearing. Telling us not to swear was about like telling ducks to stay out of the water; technically possible but not happening.

Same with being a mechanic.
