After 3 weeks with no tractor time, I managed to get it out of the drive shed and avoid the muddy patch in front of the entrance.
I backed up to the grapple/fork and chained it to the box blade so I could move it out of the mud.
Dropped off the grapple at my shop, drove to the pond below my folks house and bucketed out a few loads of road gravel/stone that washes into the pond every year.
I let it drain for a few months and then use it around the homestead.
I returned to my shop, dropped the bucket and attached the grapple fork
then drove back to my folks and picked up the 8 large stones that I knocked off the wall plowing snow this past winter.
This is really the first time I have used the grapple forks and it works great.
Reaching over and down below the wall to pick up the stones was pretty cool.
