And just what's wrong with that?
Nothing too much wrong with it unless you’re waiting on them to dock and they just can’t seem to get it there the first time so they pull out and start over!

Without question backing in when you arrive is the safest and why many corporations require that their employees to back in first. Backing into a specific parking slot is much safer than backing out and into a parking lot which has folks circling and looking for an open parking slot.

Nice ^^ and that is an awesome B2650. It tows and loads really nice. They look like nearly the same models. What initially sold me was ramp capacity and the rear stands. My subconscious telling me to get a bigger tractor. When I learned the whole utility rail pops off and can become an open deck it was easy to pick the PJ over the 'cheaper' aluminum one I was considering, which was still really expensive (me).
Yep, the utility rails being removable was a huge selling point for me. I went back and forth between a landscape utility and a car hauler. Really wanted rails but also liked the idea of being able to load with forks. The PJ was the only one I found that had removable rails. That said, I've had it I think almost three and a half years now and I have yet to remove the rails.

I realize this is an old post, but thanks for posting this. I currently haul my B2650 with FEL and BH on a 16' trailer. It works, but I have to swing the backhoe to the side for it to fit. Been thinking about selling my 16' trailer and replacing with an 18' or 20'. I feel like 20' is more than I need, but I also hate to go through upgrading trailers for only another 2'. This pic is really handy for gauging what I'd be getting into.

Hi,

B7001 kubota + Concept Perugini tiller

r B7001 + CAEB international baler

Trailer is homemade and made to measure (Narrow streets). Has walking beam suspension and the bed pivots backwards at the "Beam's pivot point" to make it easier to load and unload. Bed outer width under 6feet and 10feet long. Handy for most bulky stuff and also hay season. Last summer it took about 50 mini round bales.

That small round hay baler intrigued me, but you may have all of that done. That is quite a load stacked on the truck.

I work them hard. It is a hobby venture. But managed to amass lots of implements. (drum mower/fingerbar mower/Molon belt rake). Underpowered Land rover 1977 and also underpowered B7001(1980s) I will post a video.

I made up these aluminum frames to hold my tool box and a gas can to the trailer rail.
I am undecided on the tool box as it's sticking out about an inch beyond the fender. Gas can, and tire are inside fender width... i'll see how it goes.

Think about replacing the belts with something that can be locked up. A box of tools or a can of fuel is an easy thing to steal when you run into the store etc.

The idea and the build are very nice!

re:
My buddy (die hard Chevy fan) was pointing out that if I drop a 200lb toolbox from 4' high at an angle, it can dent the aluminum bed.

mechanic moved cross town, loaded his tools into his new(2 month old ) F150, got there...HOLE in bed where wheel punched through (from a bump or two). Ford did NOTHING...so much for 'Aircraft grade Aluminum'..Those are the printable words he said..

I have seen thousands of Chevys rusting to nothing. What does Chevrolet do for them?

I don't mind a few dents in the bed.

Goose neck Trailer 22' total length includes 16' tilt. I use this to haul my trackloader, excavator and tractors. Very easy to load with the tilt bed.
