Any suggestions for a reasonably priced, easy to install work light kit, attached to ROPS? Is there something that would cast light forward and in reverse? I have a work light fuse on a L3010, so I am hoping it's somewhat straight forward. Thanks

Doesn't get any easier than using a harness like this...
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00WMPGLYU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

That one is for dual lights, there are also single light harness' available.
Just pick you actual lights and mount them and wire it up. Easy Peasey

I've been using one on my Jeep for my 20" light bar for 2yrs now and am installing the dual light harness on my B8200 for two 3"x3" LED's that i'm mounting in place of the running lights on the rear fenders. I like that the switch lights up red when it's powered on.

The price of LED’s has come down to nothing. Look on EBAY or Amazon for light bars, many have optional wiring harness you can purchase. Crazy lighting for working in the dark

I put Auxbeam LEDs on my L4310. They are very bright and inexpensive.
I used the flood lights, not the spot lights. They're available on Amazon for $21 per pair.

I installed them on the ROPS & on the brush guard. I ran my own harness to the ROPS. I used the factory low beam headlight circuit for the front lights.

Here is the thread I started about the ones on the front:

Here is a link to the lights on Amazon:

EDIT:
Here is an entire thread here with lots of good ideas for installing lighting on ROPS.

I put 2 ironton mini LED floods for rear facing work light and a northpole 23" LED combo spot/flood light bar on the top of the ROPs.

We could almost have a subforum devoted just to lights and wiring.

Try ropslights.com

Let them know the tractor you want lights for and they will have wire harness ready to plug in. You just mount lights on rops bar. I got two facing forward and one rear facing two switches. Lights up the road or objects incredibly well. They are LED lights.

Dchemphill1, I am about to order a set from ropslights.com ..... I am stuck between 3 or 4 lights, do you regret only having 1 reverse light by any chance? Thanks for the help....

I pondered your question on 3 or 4 and decided 4. Backing is just as important as forward. I'm more worried about bashing my rotary cutter into something than my FEL. I ordered from ROPS Lights without even shopping the other links in this thread. It's worth it to me to have someone build a plug and play kit and that they stand behind. If I got an eBay dead on arrival light the hassle would not be worth dealing with to return. Same with harness. Kudo's to ROPS lights for offering custom kits for each model Kubota.

My tractors came with Halogens up top and I took them off and replaced them with IP54 rated CREE SMD sealed LED's from Super Bright LED .com I need the light when roading after dark and in the fields when farming. 700 lumens per unit and visibility to 1/2 mile.

My personal opinion is light bars look tacky.

This is my next mini project for the M62. I am going to replace front and rear lights with LEDs. Next time I am at the property I will get the measurements for the brackets.

No regrets. Have not wanted another reverse facing light. Happy with my setup.

I ordered a set on amazon with 2- 4 inch 6 LEDs and 1 -20 inch led I put 20 inch on top of my Curtis cab frontwards and the 2 small on back of curtis cab every thing is adjustable and hangs under cab so dosnt interfere height wise going in and out of barn. It was 56 bucks for the lights, brackets, bolts, wiring harness including switch, fuse and relay plug and play kit.

FYI I ordered the 3 light kit from them almost a month ago and still haven't received it. It's not really their fault but they use the Canadian postal service who is running ridiculously slow right now. I check the tracking number everyday and it still just says "delayed" with no estimated arrival date. It won't tell me where the shipment is either.
