Wire with connector coming out of the front?

So I've got this wire/connector that was sticking out the front of the grill in this L3430 I bought a couple years ago. Finally got around to try and figure out what it does. It's connected to this toggle switch, which snaps back to center when switched up or down. Continuity test shows power in the run position only when the switch is flipped up or down and ignition is in the run position. Any thoughts?

Looks like about a 15 amp switch and similar capacity wire. Maybe to run the relay for an electric winch or other accessory that was on the FEL when the bucket wasn’t. Maybe a home brew grapple with an electric over hydraulic cylinder. Had one on an old Scout to lift the plow. See any aftermarket lugs on the battery?

BIL has a similar deal on his Ford 1520. He has/had a seeder, I think.
Edit, I did a less elegant install to power my 25 gal sprayer.

Didn't think of that. Doesn't appear to be My after market lugs on the battery.

This is exactly what I installed on my tractor to operate the linear motor that I installed on the snowblower chute deflector.

My linear actuator for the QA is two-wire. A DPDT spring loaded center off switch on the dash reverses the polarity so the actuator can move both ways. I used two inside wires on a female 4-wire plug on the tractor side so there's never an exposed 12V+ terminal.
