Looks like over night here winter arrives. Maybe a foot of snow here. I might get a chance to see how the new plow works.

The news just reported that we are in the 10-12 inch zone and that late tomorrow afternoon we will be getting an additional blast of cold air accompanied by some additional snow. Didn't say how much the additional will be.

What is this winter thing you speak of? The 12" of snow we were forecasted to het ended up being an inch of rain. With more rain tomorrow. Yuck.

We had a some snowfall last week but it was away within a day after heavy rainfall. Once in a blue moon we get it bad here but usually it’s not that bad.

They're predicting 3-6 inches of snow today, but high 40's and a crap-ton of rain Wednesday.

Friend of mine used to say "God put it there, God will take it away." In this case, that'll be my approach...

Look like 7-8 inches on the deck. I no longer work weekends (retired) and it is Sunday so the grandkid isn't going anywhere soon. I'll fry up some bacon and eggs and wait a few hours to start moving the snow.

We were in the 4-8” or 6-12” range depending what outlet you listened to, and are lucky if we made the lower end of that forecast. It seems it warmed up a bit and that may of impacted the storm total. Seems like it’s pretty wet and heavy. It’s still snowing a bit but does not appear that it’s going to affect the totals much.

Northern Minnesotan here, had a brown Christmas, maybe three inches of snow all season, and haven’t used the snowblower on my tractor since I put it on two months ago. Forecast has no significant amount of snow in the next week. We are going to get some colder temps, but none of the minus 35-40 we sometimes get.

As usual, the weather person was wrong. We got about 5 or 6 inches. The mid-afternoon snow that they predicted to be heavy turns out to be an additional 3 inches or so. Time to make the donuts go out and clean up the last of the current snowflakes.
