The best off-road Jeep builder I know is a condescending and abrasive SOB in online correspondence. I had my doubts but he came highly recommended. So I went to his shop for an issue with my rock jeep. After meeting him in person he was a great guy! He knew his craft very well, and spoke eloquently. But in written communication, not so much.
