No but here is a side dish. Yellow crookneck squash cut into ~1/2" - 3/4" cubes. Wet with buttermilk, rolled in yellow cornmeal, and deep fried.

Pizza Boy USA, plus a few garlic knots

Homemade dough, sauce, and most of the herbs for the sauce…

We did okay. The larger garlic knots make good rolls for a sandwich.

While in Hawaii last year we came across some phenomenal local sausage that was pork and pineapple.

At Kroger yesterday my wife found some.

So breakfast this morning is pineapple pork sausage with fried taters

Asparagus and green beans?

Most of our menus are driven by cravings. We almost always use what we have on hand in a freezer first.

Yup, but the asparagus was also a bit small. At least there were no leftovers.

I was trying out my new Weber Traveler grill that will go to the Cabin. It folds up for storage inside of the shop to prevent mice from having a party when we are not there. They completely ruined the old grill that was always left under the shop porch.

Now I gots ta think up somethin' ta burn for lunch.

I don’t consider a grill broken in until I’ve burned chicken on it…..

Or better yet, the best way to figure out a grill’s heat characteristics would be one of your big ole ribeyes…..
