I'm starting out with a 30ft x 60ft shed with the idea to add more length at my leisure i.e. another 10ft or 20ft. It'll have a gravel floor and just a place to keep equipment out of the sun and snow with a lean-to along one side at least. This will not start out as a shop, and might never end up as one either. Think cold storage of farm equipment.
Good plan. I try to keep most of my equipment inside. Got a couple of ideas for that as well.

I wish I had lots of storage but I'm working on it. I have to triage storage based mostly on the value or cost of the item and the need to access them easily.

I'm currently paying $250/month to keep the boat in a 15ft x 40ft storage unit about 2.5 miles from the house, and during the summer months I tuck the tractors away along one side of the house (north side) to keep them out of the sun as much as possible. The F-450 is tucked away in the garage and I don't worry too much about the implements. It will be nice to have a place to put implements and trailers but it takes time, effort and money.

My girl is looking sad these days. She won't even take a good picture anymore. Of course the crap in the bucket doesn't help.

Talked to my guy at Deviney (our tractor dealer) yesterday. Looks like shes going to head on in probably 3 weeks or so from now. Berries will mostly be done by then, and i'll be able to do without her for a bit.

They're going to get her face all straightened out and possibly another loader. I caught ten shades of hell putting the loader back on a couple weeks ago. I think she might be a little tweaked.

Maybe you been talkin’ dirty to her but when she wants to feel like a lady she wants to have some new bling?😉

Such a neat little trailer! One day I'll buy a 4 or 6 ton dump trailer from Berkelmans Welding to pull behind the tractors rather than mess with trailers designed for trucks as opposed to tractors.

Berkelmans make a solid trailer. They're pricy new and I looked for a used one for two years before buying the Creekbank. A month later, a nice used one popped up...

How often do you clean the grease out of the loader pins and regrease? Mine is looking quite...messy 🤣 at least it's greased.
If you’re taking the loader off anyway, why not go ahead and give ‘em a good scrub to inspect them? The loader is hella easier to clean with it off. I would recommend at least once a year minimum, but it can’t hurt to do more, especially if you’re in cleaning mode anyway

Gave the tractor a bit of a clean today after last week's job. Got all the dust off, blew out the air filter and radiator screen. Did a walk around and checked things. Then washed it, polished the paint, waxed it and put a water bead coating on the paint. Also used interior cleaner around the dash 🤣

She's shiny now! Again. Don't worry about the bucket.
