Swapped out the little plastic toolbox for an ammo can then rode through all the trails and pushed any fallen trees and limbs off to the side so the boss lady can comfortably take the horse on a trail ride.

One lesson I learned from snow blowing with a rear blower is that rear cameras aren't very useful when covered in the white stuff.
I read a couple of threads on mirrors and found a pair of these on Facebook Marketplace. Not the cheapest but look very well made and the magnets are typical rare earth strong

I suppose it was probably a week and a half ago, but I moved a new vanity from the pole barn (where it was sitting since we've received it) to the back door so we could install it in our bathroom remodel. Holy crap was it heavy. Only 52" long, but still heavier than snot.

Snow hasn't been an issue for several weeks. We've been getting some, just a couple inches here and there. It's been either packed down or melted down far enough that it's not worth getting the tractor out.
Oh, I took an IBC tote (going to be used for firewood) out of the truck...
Yeah, not a lot of tractoring lately.

Took the rear blade off and put the new box blade on. Easy with the QH.

Using the U adaptor on the top link. It sets the BB up for pretty much level with the top link fully screwed back. Will have to put the top hook on for more flexibility.

Quick waste line repair for broken cast iron pipe. Pretty easy one to do and not deep at all so the B2650 got the nod for this moring...

Loaded up, ready to hit the road:

diggy-diggy:

old cast pipe is in the trench with quite a bow (hump) in the center section. When digging from the foundation we thought the line was back pitched. It was just the bowed center section.

Home just after lunch.

Edit: Thought I was in trouble with the homeowner. He met me in the driveway this morning and asked just how I could bring a Kubota to his John Deere farm? Ha. He had nothing but green machines parked all over his place. I told him that I had misplaced too many green tractors so I figured that Orange would be easier for me to spot with aging eyes. ;)

I pulled two cyclone fence posts out of the ground with the FEL.

Only took the tiniest bolt run through holes drilled in the aluminum posts. Just had to slide the FEL up the post and let it connect with the tiny bolt head. Slid right out of the ground, posts encased in concrete. Ground is quite soft.

Tried it with one of the cyclone clamps near the top of the posts. Just slide right off.

Moved 3 too big for my little 2501 hay bales (1100 pound) from the trailer to next to the field.

Moved another 6 comfortable sized (750 pound) from the trailer to storage.

Moved an estimated 6000 pounds of rough cut lumber from the trailer to a stack awaiting the start of a project.

Not real smart with the first load of wood and got the back end of the tractor in the air on a down hill slope. I got much smarter reall quick and avoided any further incidents.

In hindsight I guess I did more trailering than tractoring. ;)

Moved the rear wheels to the widest tread width on the new to me L2800 and replaced with new bolts. I didn’t realize the rear tires were liquid filled until the first one was unbolted—quite a workout for 51 years at 6’2” 170 lbs, they probably weigh twice as much as I do. Happy to find they are though, using in NW Arkansas mountain property.

Good taste in beer to replace those burnt carbs, too.
Been a couple Shiners consumed getting this tractor maintenance up to par. Replaced all dry rotted hydraulic hoses on FEL, new air filter, tapped out and replaced all 4 bucket pins with new ones/new grease fittings, and greased every fitting. I think the previous owner was allergic to grease.

She’s ready to work now.

Dropped off at dealer to have 600 lbs of wheel weights added and the wheels set to their almost widest setting.
