This is not pointed at you Magicman, but I still get a laugh at "deer food plots", if anyone did that around here it would be a hoot, we call our deer food plots or land, our front yard, all over, no special deer food planting required! ;)

Why special deer foods plots, what that native food sources are not enough?
or is it more of a way to bait them in?
We have two groups of deer that are feeding in our front yard this year. One has 5 deer in it and the other has 3. They just love our acorns and sometimes they just eat the grass in the yard. We live on 40 acres of woods, you never know what you are going to see.

Continued working on the “North 40”.
There’s a 30x140 concrete slab under there, and I’m slowly getting it scraped off.
Also put my LED’s back on for winter. They’re nothing fancy, but give plenty of light. It’s an “easy on-off” setup with some 6” angle brackets I had on hand, and spade connectors.

I've got Deer, Both whitetail and mule, Elk, Moose and many many more critters.
If I feed them, they might even want to move into the house.
And amazingly enough they don't really give a hoot about the wolves that live here, I think they know their stuck in the fenced yard for the most part, well besides there daily walks. :D

I finally had a chance to use the Thumb Grapple after two days of rain. Attempted to repair the ground where wild hogs rooted up. Time for a night scope with thermal . . .

1st round clearing leaves in North Eastern CT (here our major leaf fall is late November!)

Before:

After:

I adapted my almost 20 year old Cyclone Rake to my new to me BX2660 in 2016 with a simple draw bar from TS and a new boot from Cyclone Rake!

Felt bad with all the lime dust from a couple weeks ago and dirt dust today - so I actually gave my BX a bath!

Moved about 20 loads of dirt/gravel mix from my neighbors property to help reinforce the dam on the pond!

Lifted off 4 pallets of pellets and put them under cover for the winter. Glad I still had the mower on the back...as it was, had to engage 4x4 to be able to back up!

Today I managed to blow out the rear glass of my new L6060. Hooked up the post hole auger for the first time to this tractor and checked clearance in the highest position. Had about 3 inches to the glass. After 26 holes for new trees I returned to the house and hit a pothole in the driveway. Apparantly there was enough play in all of the linkages to make up for that 3 inches. My suspension seat bottomed out about the same time the glass exploded all around me.

Ouch! Was the window open?
I believe KTAC insurance would cover about anything, but don't know if there is a deductable.

Q- What is the deductible?
A low $250 deductible will apply to each occurrence.

Window was closed but the PHD sits much closer to the glass than the position it is in in the pic. Lesson learned. Didn't think about there having additional play to allow for more movement upward than the resting 3pt position. Going to have to do some cutting on the piece of steel coming off the tube to add some more clearance for future use.

Wow that sucks, that's probably a pricey window.

Been restoring a Kubota L185DT. Having a little trouble getting it started. So
have done everything I know to do and it just want stay running. I will have to get the injection pump rebuilt and have contacted the pump guy sc to see if he can get it in and worked on. I have done all the things known to man, i.e.
get fuel out to the pump but fuel is not getting to the injectors to feed the
engine.
