Roof work is tough at any age and is best left to young folks. Get 2 or 3 estimates and at least between the 3 you should get a good idea on what has to be done. If it's just a matter of caulking or the screws backing off hire one of the boys or girls in the neighbourhood to do the work while you supervise. If it's a major repair well at least you'll know but just don't take a persons word for it without having a look yourself. I've become a little less trusting with age.

So does anyone have some suggestions of type of coating to use:)
I have used roll on bed liner in a few places on different tin roofs around the farm and so far it has worked great. It's been the only thing I have found yet that sealed up around my chimney. Been fighting with that spot since the house was built. Picked it up at Home Depot.
