I think something is amiss. Seems like one of the techs on the forum mentioned having seen it once on an L01, but I can't remember the component that was bad. Bug your dealer to fix it. If no luck try for the Kubota regional rep. How many hours are you up to?

I think it's around 25 hrs now and I have gone through 4 regens so far. Between #3 and #4 I was pulling a 6ft land plane cleaning/leveling an area that I had dozer work done so it had lots of dirt and limbs being pulled to load it up some. I also ran it wide open 99% of the time trying to see if that helped but still only got 5.3 hrs before the next one.

I will talk with my dealer and see where that goes.

Sounds like there is an issue with the regeneration.
My average is 36 hours between regen.
My working rpm is 2200 and if running pto is 2400.
Seems like between 2000-2200 rpm is the power band.
Push your dealer and go over them if needed.
Good luck!

At this point I do believe there is something out of whack with it. You would think running it like I am now I would get longer intervals than my first 3 where I only ran it 17-1800 rpms and had some idle time swapping implements a couple times. I will call them tomorrow and see what they say.

Regenerated at 430 hours while rotary cutting. Took 15 minutes.
54 hours since last time.
Engine sounds slightly rougher when going thru regen.
No issues with tractor and do like the cab.
Will have dealer do a full service by Fall.
I have been changing engine oil.

Regenerated today, process was seamless and continued to use the tractor.
483 hours on the tractor now. 53 hours since last regeneration.
Took 13 minutes.

Had a major service back in March by my dealership, cost was $670.
All fluids except engine oil and filter, that I can do...
Including anti-freeze with flush.

Had serious concerns on the complexity of a Tier 4 engine.
So far no issues.
Burns .7 gallon per hour, which I find amazing for this size tractor with a cab.

Keep a battery charger on it, and use a block heater in the winter.

So far so good !

PS.
No ballast box now...was a real hassle.
Had tires filled with RimGuard

Can’t figure how to update equipment
