If you pour slowly, 3.

Runs out of 1 into 3 before it gets high enough to run into 2 so that whole 2 branch is out.

3 is closed off at the 7 pipe connection so nothing goes to 7.

Runs out of 3 into the pipe leading to 6 but that’s capped at the 6 end so the pipe fills up with nothing ever making it to 6.

Once the 3 to 6 capped pipe is full. 3 continues to fill until it is full or overflows.

Thus: 3.
