I know it's not orange, but it's a fantastic machine. Trying to give a neighbor a hand.
He has a coolant leak somewhere. It's not something obvious like a burst hose. We want to pressurize the system and see where it's coming from. The cap is larger than what's on my truck so the adapter won't fit.
My question to y'all is: does the Harbor Freight or Auto Parts store multi- adapter kits have something that will work for these big A** caps?
Have any of you done this on a Takeuchi?
Trying not to run all over town or order online to find out they are all too small. That machine is on the edge of industrial so the Harry homeowner tools may not work. I'm familiar with the work, just not the machine.
Thanks!

Not sure about the radiator on the machine, but this is what I use at work

(The harbor freight one looks identical)

the middle adapter is basically the only one I use for cars and trucks, don’t believe I have even ever used the biggest adapter. If I would have seen this at work I would have measured it for you.

Awesome! There is a HF nearby. We'll hit that one up. I was hoping that it went larger than what I have.

Auto Zone or O'Reilly's will loan the tools for free. You need to pay a deposit of the value of the tool but when the tool is returned so is the deposit.

Take the cap with you, plus the O.D. of the radiator inlet to make sure the kit has the right adapters.

Yeah, but if you need it once you'll need it again. I used to do that with the brake caliper tool. After the 81st time I just bought a nice Snap On set. Lol.
The HF one worked like a champ. It is the largest adapter for the TL radiator. It was one of the tubes that split. He has a new one on order but I soldered the seam closed for now. Pressure tested to 30 psi and the beast is back in action!
