Removing seat belts is pretty obvious.

Don't complain about millennials.
If there are no seats, how do the safety belts contribute in any way to safety?

Ive never used Forscan, just the oe software…. Will Forscan let you go into the RCM and program it to ignore the rear seat belt buckles and pretensioners? I believe motion more concerned about that.

NO forscan wont i checked. Ford itself has a way but wont do it of course so ill have to rig something. B737 didnt read the original post.
Apparently forscan WILL turn off the key in ignition chimes though. Im going to try it once my connector comes in the mail.

did you just read 2 posts back or something, lol?
But anyway, according to the 2020 spreadsheet, forscan wont shut off the reverse chime that dings on cab and chassis models, had to have the dealer do that.

do you expect anyone to read an entire thread titled "superdutys are dangerous and should be banned"?

the door / ignition / seatbelt / interior reverse chimes can all be turned off using forscan in the IPC. This information is all over the internet. Hint: not on a tractor forum.

according to the links to forscan everyone has posted, the 2020 -22 spreadsheet DOES NOT list backup chimes as disableable. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...qiywd4-oWZg4aoYfGLCMTTO5Y/edit#gid=1226233122
Is that pic above for a different gen truck? Have you disabled the reverse chime in a 2020 superduty?

Also yes i do expect someone to at least read the first post before blasting into a thread.

Got Forscan up and running and I was able to shut off all the chimes. No more dings with key in ignition thank god. Forscan offered no way to deal with the seatbelt issue (from original post), but the error code that was stored said the code was triggered by an open circuit.

While i was in there modifying the "as built data" I went ahead and enabled the twin turbo (adds 1000hp) and enabled high fuel efficiency, (99mpg)

So anyway, ford not so bad, Dodge/chevy sucks
