SSV 65 Clatters/Clunks when going over bumps

I'd be trying to get someone to drive it and hang off the side and/or walk alongside to see if you can hear from the outside where the noise is coming from. Maybe jack it up and see if you can find something from underneath that rattles/slops around when you bang it with a rubber mallet.

Could the sound just appear like it is coming from that area? But really be coming from somewhere else?

Like from the seat mounting hardware maybe? I mean you are in the seat and bounce a bit when you hear the sound right?

Sounds like it is time to think outside the box...

we checked the seat and it is tight in place

When the Mechanic was here he had me drive and he walked along side and was unable to hear it when i could hear it inside.

He might have hearing that matches mine! LOL but true.

Maybe have someone else move the unit with you walking along side it might be another option...in case your hearing is better than the mechanic's...just a thought.

Will shaking the machine side to side get it to make the noise? Steer it back and forth quickly?

If you can hear it inside but not outside, can you raise the cab and check under it ?

We have tried doing both of those and can't hear anything.

nothing seems loose or anything under the cab
Looks like I will have to live with it until something goes wrong, Thank you all for your input and ideas !!!!!!!
