I have a 2020 SSV 65 Skid Steer Loader, when going over any bumps it clunks on the the right rear side of machine. The chain tension is properly adjusted and the machine has been greased every 10 hours since it was new. The Dealer has looked at it and has no clue why it does that, can you please help as it is a Great machine but this is very annoying.

I have a SSV65 as well but do not have specific experience with clunking.

- Did the right rear wheel come loose from the hub? I would jack the machine up and make sure the lug nuts are snugged down.
- Are the axle hub nuts tight? These are the nuts that are behind the wheels and allow you to adjust the chain tension as needed. More info is in the operator's manual if you're unfamiliar.
- Did one of the filter housing mounts in the right rear of the engine bay come loose? I'd reach in and grab the hydraulic filter, fuel filter, and filter separator and give them a shake to see.
- Did the large hydraulic filter mount under the cab come loose? You'll need to take out the two bolts in the front corners of the cab and lift the cab to inspect.
All the nuts and bolts are tight, I will check the hydraulic filter bracket under the cab.

If you have a load of dirt in the bucket while going over bumps does it change how much of a clunk there is?
Does engagement / disengagement of the ride control have any effect?
A load in the bucket makes it more prevalent, it is the most noticeable with the brush cutter on as it is front end heavy. It does make a bit more of a difference with the ride control engaged.
Maybe a loose pin / bushing on the right rear lift arm, though I've never heard or seen of that myself. Do you notice any odd sounds when lifting the bucket up / down?

All the components mentioned above and all others are in place and secured. I had a mechanic from the dealer here last week again and he went through everything and when he left his comment was " I hate to leave you like this but I cannot find anything that would make this noise ????
Would there possible be anything loose internally in the right rear drive components ????

Skid Steer Quick Attach, but that's on the FRONT not the back.....
dang, you got it narrowed down to right rear,eliminated 99.44% of possibles...it's going to be GREAT to hear WHAT it WAS , hopefully sooner than later.....

If you’re driving forward and then change direction to reverse, any noise then?
To me it sounds like something in the hub, axle, or maybe drive sprocket on that wheel. One way to find out would be to jack up that side of the machine if you haven’t already and try pulling the tire up / down and in / out to see if you can get it to make noise. If you can recreate the noise, then have an assistant do that while you probe around to pinpoint the source.

Could the sound just appear like it is coming from that area? But really be coming from somewhere else?
Like from the seat mounting hardware maybe? I mean you are in the seat and bounce a bit when you hear the sound right?
