I said second favorite is on the RFM because it solved one of the issues with my least favorite. Because I use it on a cabbed tractor it eliminates sitting in drifting overspray.
Now for the other two mounting methods I've used. The least favorite happens to be the first I used. That would be the one shown on the Ford. The reasons it is my least favorite are having to look back way too much. Although there haven't been problems with clogged nozzles it is something I cannot constantly want to monitor. The liquid level needs watched to avoid "spraying nothing" when it runs out. The other main reason is that even with a very minimal breeze I get misted on the open station. There is always air moving here. A breeze that is light enough to allow spraying is often strong enough to bring a mist onto me. Really limits when I can spray.
My most recent and favorite mounting for the sprayer is on the forks. A couple of eye bolts and a ratchet strap mount it firmly. It can be set on the ground for loading, picked to any height and when cleanup time comes the rinse water can be dumped. Overspray isn't an issue with the cab and the whole rig can be washed after the work is done.
EDIT TO ADD: The picture with the buckets - the kitty litter bucket has a black line for the three quart mark. That's what it needed for the 15 gallon tank.
