I always think of Colonel Klink from Hogan’s Heroes just sitting there, ‘detached’🤣

I think he's mellowed out some - he's still on TBN.

Flip is an OK guy if you meet him in person.

Been quite a while since we last met...probably 20 years maybe, or close. Could be some age related changes...who knows. Or whatever.

Wife and I stopped at his farm when passing by once when taking a trip, and he stopped at our place a couple years after that.

I'm not the same as I was 20 years ago either...I am reminded of that every time I get ambitious...LOL

The "ignore" button works wonders for me.
I'm betting that there would be far fewer on my ignore list if he came back. I really miss him now...he'd be having a field day these past 2 years. :D

Was he extremely short in stature? Because he acts like he has a little man complex. Wonder how many masks hes wearing these days?

He’s helped me out twice - backhoe tip over and recently on modifying a backhoe bucket. I was set to make a trip over his way but my local fab shop did the work.

If I remember right 🤔 he said he missed some of us here and this forum but don’t tell him I said that 🤫

I don't think he was given that option. He got excused from class, permanently.
Perhaps Skip and Flip are not the same...Hagrid's comment thru me off a bit...but I do know his humor sometimes does not equate with my understanding...Like it though...LOL

Yes, Hagrid makes sure you're paying attention, or you'll miss the bus. He typically say a mouth full with few words. ;)

For the sake of clarity I'm using Skip, Flip, and Flipster interchangeably.

Also, to D2Cat's pointe, I bet if Flippy apologized to Mr. K, NIW, and EVERYONE here with a BX, he'd be allowed back.

Maybe not, but it's worth wagering a saw buck.

I'm not sure what a saw buck represents in modern US currency but I'm not letting that stop me.
