Wife and I stopped at his farm when passing by once when taking a trip, and he stopped at our place a couple years after that.

He’s helped me out twice - backhoe tip over and recently on modifying a backhoe bucket. I was set to make a trip over his way but my local fab shop did the work.

If I remember right he said he missed some of us here and this forum but don’t tell him I said that

Yes, Hagrid makes sure you're paying attention, or you'll miss the bus. He typically say a mouth full with few words.
