Have you done a web search? Or, when you make your mold, use a router to route out the letters. Use something for a release agent, so that the dried cement will come out cleanly.

Would that trash and burn up a router if I tried to etch into dried concrete? I done have some mesh steal in there for strength.

Oh I agree but I'm just trying to fix whats broken and make it right. I hate doing things halfassed and let it slide.

I did do a a little research lastnight and found a place online that makes sign lettering of all kinds. Pretty affordable I can get what I need for about 20 bucks.

Just waiting to get the boss ladies final approval before I beging to place an order.
