... I asked him that I would like to have a definite answer as to the proper level ...
The owners manual is very specific about that. It states "DO NOT FILL TIRES WITH WATER OR SOLUTION MORE THAN 75% OF FULL CAPACITY".

My recommendation to correct the DEALERS MISTAKE is to roll the tire until the valve stem is at the 75% level; jack up the tractor until the weight is off the tire and then open the valve stem and drain tire to that level.

Have any way to document this stuff formally? I'd do that, along with the dealer response. That way if you end up with issues/repairs down the line that you believe were due to their decisions/reactions you have something other than your word vs theirs.
I will definitely keep this in mind. Thanks

I'd give him 24 hours to get back to you. After that, I would make another call and ask to speak with the store manager or owner and share the chain of events with them. They need to be aware of what is going on. I would request a copy of the PDI list and go through each item, at home, on my own. Your salesman should be creating a relationship with you that benefits the customer (you) AND the dealership.
I thought about making that phone call earlier but I hate to make any bad waves if it can be resolved without much issue. Its mostly his "I dont care" type attitude that bothers me combined with no offer of solution. He is suppose to get back with me about the check list that I never received and we will see how that goes.
Thanks

I told him about the 75% level as well but my comment about this just flew right over his head I guess and he wasnt concerned. Thanks for the suggestion.

It makes a big difference if you check the fluid level with the tire on the ground or the tractor jacked up. When tires are filled on the tractor, the tractor is jacked up and the tire is filled up with valve stem at 12 o'clock position, so the top of the rim is just barely covered. When the tractor is back on the ground, the bottom of the tire is compressed and the fluid level is now higher over the top of the rim, when you check you tire, you now have fluid that can come out the valve stem. So unless you jack you tractor up, there is no way of knowing that the tire is over full. Besides, the only real thing that a little extra fluid is going to hurt is the ride. More fluid in tire= less air which in turn gives less cushion effect.
