BTDT, almost 3 years ago., if this is the plastic 'overflow' reservoir cap amd NOT the rad cap. Seems some have 'flash' inside ,blocking the passage way for the fluid to flow.......
you can simply drill, remove the 'blockage'. K mailed me the new cap, so I have a spare now !

Funny I checked Kubota site found nothing.
but I had the radiator over flow cap replaced one was mailed to me back 2 years ago maybe

Did that a while ago! Kubota sent me a new cap for the overflow tank. The one they sent me was bad just like the one on the tractor...go figure! I fixed it myself! Then my dealer called me about it last year or so....I told them Kubota sent me a new cap and Its been fixed for quite some time! Gotta wonder?
