I'm not sure about the amount of oil your tractor will hold so it's hard to give a price. As far as what needs changed it needs all the fluids and filters changed.

Engine oil and filter, fuel filters, clean or replace air filter, drain trans/hyd and change filters, front axle and hubs

My L 3000 with backhoe basic cost is, $750. This is the cost includes the oil in the engine, trans, front end, backhoe and the filters.

M 9000 cost around $900

The final cost will depend on the brand of oil and filters you choose to use. It can be done much cheaper than this but I feel it's worth the money to use the best quality lubricants to protect my investment. Not even counting the added wear protection I gain back enough fuel economy to more than justify the oil cost.

I use Amsoil in everything which is very high. Like I said I don't know the capacity of your tractor but my 3000 and backhoe hold about 20 gallons of oil. It don't take long to get expensive when you are going thru that much oil.

I would think if you took it to the dealer they changed the front axle also but if you don't know for sure it would pay you to make sure they did. At the 50hr service the oil in there is very dirty. It's almost scary the amount of metal flakes in it. If it wasn't changed that should be done ASAP.

Just wanted to make you aware of it. If your tractor is like mine it can use SUDT in the axle or gear lube. They are not hard to change and it will be easy to do this yourself.
