Rough running Kabota

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
My 2020 LA525FL was running great up until a month ago when I got fuel codes so I changed both the water separator and main fuel filters, reset the codes after purging the air.
Now it doesn’t want to run and gives me the following codes; poo87,poo88,poo89, po336, and p2293.

The LA525fl is your loader number not your tractor number. Tractor model is on the hood.

I'd be looking at the crank sensor. Make sure you didn't knock it off.

3301 or 3901, 2501 is mechanical

edit: I would also suggest looking around the crank sensor area for damaged wiring/sensor. Think it’s come up a time or two on here on these models. Sensor is near/behind the right side loader mount.

My apologies it’s a L3301
I looked at the harness, pulled and switched out the crank position sensor, Then I cleared the codes, it started gave me the poo87 and poo88 codes when I tried to move it died and wouldn’t start again giving me all the same codes

I'd drain 100% of all the fuel in tank and lines, replace all the filters, buy fresh fuel, fill the tank, prime/purge the lines. Maybe install a new lift pump ?? Be sure battery is FULLY charged and then follow normal starting procedures.

87/88 says fuel pressure too low and too high

Replaced both separator and fuel filters, fueled with new diesel

There is only one A in kubota.

0087 and 0088 are set by the rail pressure sensor not seeing what the ECU expects it to see. Sometimes that's due to a failing or failed rail pressure sensor, sometimes due to wiring, sometimes due to lack of fuel flow going to the supply pump (filters, lines, or restriction at the tank outlet) or sometimes it's an injector bypassing too much fuel.

I've had a few of them where the little nipple in the tank was plugged with "stuff" and could cause the same symptoms. Only solution, take half the tractor apart, pull the tank and get all that 'stuff' out.

also have seen bees wasps 'stuff' bugs ticks (off the top of my head) plug or restrict the elbow at the separator.
