Средната част на трактора също беше ремонтирана, дългият вал беше заварен към фланеца и предполагам, че нямаше центровка и постоянно чупеше шлиците на късия вал, сега се надявам да работи дълго време след ремонта... Ще използвам тази система за съединяване за валовете.

Не можах да монтирам късия вал и го намалих с 4 мм на металообработваща машина в края, който влиза в скоростната кутия (направих го като стария) и го монтирах така. Имах много проблеми с втулката на коленовия вал, защото не можех да намеря оригинална и я направихме на струга. Оказа се, че коляновият вал е коничен отвътре и валът на съединителя не може да влезе и не може да свържа трактора и го обработих допълнително на ръка, за да му придам конична форма, но ми отне доста време... Купих и нов комплект съединител и аксиален лагер... Утре ще опитам да свържа трактора, защото днес имам работа и ще видя как се получава...

The play in the crank would be the thrust bearings are worn.
It's pretty common on these engines and it will probably run like that for another couple thousand hours.

Between the weights on the front and the wheel weights that's quite a lot of weight.
The weight on the wheels is not as hard on the bearings as the weight on the bumper so you should be fine.
Why do you need / want so much weight on the front?
