How many machines is that? New or used? Dealer or private? Condition?
I would assume when he said bobcat front end he is referring to the ssqa loader.

If you build that tractor on the Kubota site it shows $29,270.

Condition, hours, and maintenance history would help to give better advice, I would be guessing $22,000-$25,000 though.

If $29,270 on the Kubota site, you'd expect 5-10% off, or something thrown in for free. So $26K would be an excellent deal (maybe even an impossible deal), and $27K pretty good. Pricing is variable by region and how much your dealer is willing to negotiate.

Hey Paul, are you saying you think 5-10% off MSRP is a great deal before or after all Dealer/Kubota incentives and rebates? I’ve read deals are dependent on several things, location, supply, etc. but just looking for your opinion.

Thanks, Brad.

After all incentives etc. Take what I say on that with a grain of salt, that's based on what others on here regularly say. In my part of the world there's no such thing as discounts from the dealer. Every Kubota in NZ is sold through a single importer, the only discounts are the annual Autumn discounts - usually a free loader and a cheap mower deck.

So a good dealer will give you 5-10% off what Kubota say that machine should be - so 5-10% additional off after incentives and rebates. But some parts of USA it seems like the dealers are mostly selling at list price, and if you're in one of those places that may be as good as you can do.

It would be better to get quotes from multiple dealers in your area of the country. The truth is a price check with someone across the country isnt useful information. You cant go to a local dealer and say “hey, my friend 2000 miles away got it for 1500 cheaper.”

Use those quotes to work a particular dealer’s price if you have one in mind that has Better service or track record.

Last year I paid 27k for the exact same setup from a out of state dealer delivered. My local dealer gave me a quote of 26,500 otd but didn't have a machine and seemed not very knowledgeable. Overall the extra 500 was well worth going to what I felt was a better dealer. The dealer I bought from did tell me that a dealer gets a kickback from kubota for selling to people within a certain mileage of the dealer to try and keep people local.

Messicks actually refused to ship to me out of state if there was a local dealer. Not because they didnt want to, but they didnt have a choice. I do agree Kubota may be cracking down on it to help in state dealers.

I think either of those prices will be hard to beat. Would either of them be willing to deliver it at no cost or do you have a way of towing it? My original plan was to sell mine when I was done what I needed it for but I find it just to be way to useful to get rid of.
