Ok so the service dept. guy at the dealer said there are no open recalls on my tractor (he didn't want to hear me read him the service bulletin whitetiger referred to). He said to just bring it in to get it diagnosed.
I pulled up the bulletin https://www.orangetractortalks.com/forums/attachments/psb-m6060-m7060-2021-007_page-1-pdf.105325/ and it seems my tractor falls in that range, mine is 69648. However, my model is a m7060D not HD, what is the difference?

Non are listed m7060D but those are the models I find. I’ll check tomorrow what my sticker says it is. It is a m7060hdc12 and I kinda think that’s what the sticker is gonna say.

Ah yes! that's very helpful. Then according to that list mine is definitely the HD.
Thanks so much! Going to give my dealer a call tomorrow.
The symptoms seem to match up perfectly.
The only issue is, it's over 5 years old so I hope they'll still replace them.

I had a similar issue. Condensed version. Loss of power under load with no smoke associated. Fuel filter bowl full. I replaced the fuel lines after the filter with clear tube and could see air bubbles. Replacing the fuel filter assembly fixed it. YMMV

That is not used on the common rail injection engines. It is nowhere near enough filter.
