Looks great Nerwin! We have an outdoor pizza oven and also use a stone with a peel. There is a "whats cooking boys" thread that you may want to post this in.I made homemade pizza last night. I been practicing...always wanted to learn how to make my own. This one came out great, my best one yet! I invested in a set of wooden peel, aluminum peel and a baking stone which I might upgrade to baking steel at some point. It's fun to do sometimes, although the mess I make in the process is...ummm yeah no comment.

Oh man, I love Sand Hill Cranes but have never seen anything like that group up here. Every spring/summer a few hang out on the wetlands below me, and a pair roosts up above my place. It's amazing when they fly down to the pond below me in the evening. They glide down in close formation making their distinctive calls. I have seen a pair with a chick on a couple of occasions.Passed these Sand hill Cranes on the way home today.

The picture doesn't show 1/3 of what is actually there. If you stop they spook, so i took the picture at 35 mph or so.Oh man, I love Sand Hill Cranes but have never seen anything like that group up here.
